We have worked closely with Peak Management to identify an incentive program that was the right fit for their project. Peak acquired 717 units of multi-family with a 30% occupancy level. The OPRA freezes the property value in place for 12 years, therefore keeping the taxes at significantly lower rate that will ultimately help cash flow.
