Ann Arbor District Library

Ann Arbor District Library (AADL) was desirous to utilize its core library property in downtown Ann Arbor as a catalyst for an impactful mixed-use project.  The impetus for this project was the AADL’s need to build an efficient and modern downtown library while leveraging its incredible real estate location at 5th and William to attract a mixture of uses including affordable and senior housing, office, and retail.  Real estate and construction expertise fall outside of the capability of the AADL organization and therefore the Bonner Advisory Group has been engaged to determine the feasibility of such a project.
