Bonner Advisory Group is a full-service real estate and economic development consulting firm located in Ann Arbor, MI. Bonner Advisory Group has worked with private sector clients to secure federal, state, and local financial incentives; manage pre-development entitlement processes, and execute project implementation from rehabilitation to ground-up development. We’ve also worked with public sector clients to create economic development strategies, real estate reuse and redevelopment feasibility studies, and project management services.

Who We Are
Luke Bonner
CEO
Luke Bonner, CEO, has 20+ years of economic development experience in the public and private sectors. Over that time, he has supported over 250 corporate projects in which the companies have committed to nearly 10,000 jobs and over $3 billion in new investment. Luke has authored over 40 tax increment finance and development plans that brought public financing to private development projects. Luke has successfully negotiated economic incentives for Amazon, Penske Logistics, Contour Companies, and Huntington National Bank. Luke has also successfully managed pre-development approvals for Tri-Cap Residential, SBC Tel Aviv, REDICO, Landmark Real Estate, CoreSpaces, and Beztak among others. Luke is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Michigan teaching Public and Private Partnerships under the Ross School Of Business Real Estate Certificate Program for students in the Taubman School of Planning and Architecture (Fall ‘23).
Luke was a four-year letter winner for the University of Michigan Baseball team, winning two Big Ten championships and graduating with a degree in Psychology. After graduating, Luke played minor league baseball with the Cleveland Indians and eventually returned to receive a Master’s in Liberal Studies and Public Administration from Eastern Michigan University.
